Awakening

All that’s coming forth is from what’s inside of me. It cannot be taken or stolen or asked for from another person, it simply and totally and completely comes from within. It is soft and it is tender and sometimes it’s also frightening because it feels completely unknown. It’s like the insides being taken out from light. Like the light inside moves everything around to create such a strong and full foundation and understanding of truth within. Of intuition. Of spirit. It’s nothing that others can give to us or nothing others can take away. It’s all here and it’s created through release. Through allowing the opening. Through allowing the softness. Through allowing the waves of feeling and texture and awareness to move through and around and everywhere. It comes through opening up from the inside out and from here our hearts break and they beat and they open and they call home to us more of our truth. More of our awareness. More of our awakening. More of what we’ve always known in our cells. Things we cannot shake or hide away. This kinda knowing is the foundation upon which real love is formed. For we can only go forth in a world crumbling all around if we know that within we are eternally safe and we are eternally held and we are eternally cared for. We can only go forth in a world seemingly crumbling around if we have the guidance of Intuition and right alignment within. It’s nothing anyone can give to us and it’s nothing anyone can take away. It’s soemthing so entirely and fully felt and experienced from within. It’s a sensation and it’s a knowing and it’s of the heart and as we allow ourselves to open up to it more and more and more unfolds and I know it’s uncomfortable at times, I know how it hurts, I know it feels painful and unfair and unjust, but trust, just trust. Just trust that you will find the other side. That on the other side of your pain and your heartache and your bone deep discomfort is something profound. Something that will steer you and hold you and guide you beyond anyone or anything or anything you have or don’t have within the physical world. Because it’s all from within. It knows which way to go. It knows because it’s you and within you you know. You are eternally guided. You are eternally held. You are eternally loved. Keep trusting. Keep going. Stay present within your pain and know the other side will find you. I love you and good luck my friend.
