Tears fall
And the years go by, a family I once knew, in my dreams they tell me goodbye. Though it’s not a sorrowful passing, it is bitter sweet, all our hopes and wishes, wash away with the tides. Endings to beginnings, we say our prayers, fare wells and well wishes, no more of this hell.
I write to find solace, peace amidst the storm. Rooted and grounded my voice finds its form. I am simply the vessel for something beyond, something greater, something magical, something woven into song. New friends that lean in, rest your head in my neck. I’ll pluck the earth string, I’ll guide you into spring. Though the winter is now, it’s cold all around, inside of our hearts, we rise we do not drown. We know we are angels, those born in the flesh, here to bring justice through the hearts in our chests. Come one, come all, rise to this call. Hear it though the wind chimes, be brave, big and small. Here together as one, we know ourselves and all else comes undone.
The horrors that surround won’t make us lower our crowns, the ones bestowed within. Divinity it rules, it sees me, it knows you, for you are love and I am too. Never forget who you are and you will never go far, from the point of creation, your own guiding star. From where you’ve been born and where you will return, home is within when there’s no where else to turn. We learn in the waves of love, time as the tides, it slows with the temperate, it reaches the farthest skies. We are one in name, in blood, in glory, we are great beings and we are worthy. To remember and receive, all we may need, the magic, the wonder, the beauty of our collective story.
I love you beyond time, through space and all things. I know your heart is true, and it’s time to spread your wings. Feel the sirens call, great lagoona and her fall, into heavens true face, great mother, we stand in place. To feel our power, our breath and our strength. United in love, we do not break. We grow and we thrive as our arms reach out wide, to encompass all in true loves embrace.
You are worthy beyond measure to remember and to rise. To open your heart, to lay down your disguise. To know all is true, your beauty and your pain. Your heart is your compass, and love holds the reins.
Feel it to believe it and let yourself be held. It’s okay to let go, to lay down your head. The fates have woven their webs of the stars, great cosmic mother, we are yours as you are ours. Trust and let go, it’s okay to not know. It’s okay to feel weak, it’s okay to take a break, though know you will rise when the time is right, you will feel the sun on your face, and your body will soar in flight.
Trust my dear one, for you are divine, you are holy, perfectly suspended in time. You are beauty and you are depth, you are purpose and you are respect. Breathe and let go, there’s no where but here that you have to go. You are safe, you are held, you are whole, and all is well. I love you, I care, I know you may feel sacred, and that is okay and I am here. You are not alone, and you have nothing to fear. For I will hold you, I will rock you well. With gentle waves, and the natural swell, of a boat down a river, or out at sea, Great cosmic mother, you have a home within me. You have a home within me. You have a home within me.
I have found a home within me, within thee, within all that I see, I have found my sovereignty.
At peace in this life, home is within me.
