A prayer

Shine 

Shine, in your golden hour and help me to realize the last, help me to know that I have choice within my life and this is the one that I get to choose. Help me to release the past, let it go and grow from it, help me to let the love in, help me to let the old stories and old ways trickle out like water, let them flow from me and disappear back into the abyss, let they be used and transformed into loving energies, let them be released so that new love may take its space, or if they need to be acknowledged and seen, let them be seen, let them be held, recognized and understood, and then let them be let go like peace, like the snow, like rain. Let them be released so that I may move forward, may the parts of me that still cling to the old be understood, may they be held, may they be loved, may they be recognized, may they be heard. May they learn that it is okay to let go, that it is okay to not hold on so tightly, let them believe in love again. Let them be brave and wise, let them stare into the abyss with bravery and courage and love. Trusting in the abyss to reveal, help me come back to my heart in every moment. Help me to see and know and feel the truth clearly. Help me to to not fight but to surrender, yet help me to stand up and speak up for myself on my own behalf. Help me to respect myself and all others. Help me to hold the boundaries I need to hold firmly, help me to see and feel and know what is revealed when the lights go out, when there is nothing left in sight, help me to know what’s truly here for me and help me to lean into this completely. Help me to let go of competing and fighting and competition, help me to let the love in, to receive the love, to be safe in expressing and giving love. Help me to be a good role model for my own unborn children and all other peoples children. Help me to remain rooted and grounded within this moment, and the next and the next, rooted within love. Help me to trust in love, to lean into love, to feel it without condition, to know that it is here for me and it will not fall and it’s what I have written about for ages and what I have dreamed about and it’s what I have fantasized and it’s what I have known since I was small. Help me to know and to feel  and to live this love, help me to seal up and heal all cracks and holes and portals within myself and my energy that leak me of my life force. Help me to devote to myself, to commit to myself and my life’s purpose and help me to learn. Help me to lean into love, help me to let go of any gripping, help me to rise out of my ego and into my higher self. 

Help me to be loved. 

Help me to trust.
